General information
As soon as you pour it in the glass you can feel an extremely winey bouquet, intense yet delicate. The colour is the classic Monferrato’s Barbera, as if the wine wants us to know were it comes from. The heat of the alcohol content becomes intense in the mouth, giving a great body and gifting, at the end, a light tannic part that encloses perfectly the classical memories of this vine.
A harvested and hand-picked Barbera that wants to create an immersive journey in his native territory and a connection of happiness between the ones who taste it.
Served between 18 and 20°C, Genevrina can definetly accompany all the meal, softening the oiliey notes and enhancing local typical dishes.
